The Power Animal Frolics™ empower children by developing their bodies, minds, hearts, and talents through fun, healthy, entertaining play.
The Frolics are a creative synthesis of the worlds' most popular exercises and "6" of the famous Mayo Clinic's top "10" complimentary medical treatments: t'ai chi, yoga, guided imagery, music therapy, meditation, and spirituality.
The Frolics provide more benefits than any other single exercise. Time-tested, proven benefits for your children may include improved athletic and scholastic abilities, attention span, behavior, concentration, confidence, coordination, creativity, flexibility, habits, happiness, health, imagination, inner peace and power, memory, poise, relationships, self control, self worth, strength, weight, and well being.
The Frolics are suitable for children 2 to 3 years of age and older, including children with physical and/or mental challenges. The Power Animals Playing™ Section can even be done sitting down.
The Power Animal Frolics™ will help indigo children, crystal children, and children with other special talents develop their amazing gifts and help them integrate these gifts into a productive and successful life.
Presented in short segments, the Frolics are perfectly compatible with children's attention spans.
Regardless of age or physical capabilities, anyone, of any age, can benefit from this program.
